About these terms
Placeholder copy, replace with reviewed legal language before publication. These terms cover engagement of Not Your Typical View for aerial film and photography services, licensing of imagery and the sale of fine art prints.
Engagement & deliverables
Scope of work, dates, locations, deliverables and revisions are set out in a project agreement. Anything beyond that scope is a change order, quoted in writing.
Payments
A 50% deposit confirms a booking; balance is invoiced on delivery. Travel and permits are billed at cost with prior approval.
Cancellation
Cancellations more than 14 days before the shoot date are refundable in full minus pre-paid costs. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
Ownership & licensing
Copyright in all imagery remains with Not Your Typical View. The client receives the license set out in the project agreement; see also Licensing.
Use, modification & AI training
Imagery may not be used to train AI models or be substantially modified without written agreement.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Jurisdiction: Amsterdam.
