What we collect
Information you submit through the contact form (name, email, organization, message), newsletter sign-ups (email), and basic analytics (page views, country, device). We do not buy or sell personal data.
Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries, provide proposals, fulfill orders, and send occasional studio updates if you opted in. Analytics is used to understand which work resonates.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Legitimate interest for inquiry responses and aggregated analytics. Consent for newsletter and any non-essential cookies. Contract for licensing and order fulfillment.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact. Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and complaint. Write to hello@notyourtypicalview.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
Essential cookies for site functionality and a language preference. Analytics cookies are set only with consent. No third-party advertising cookies.
International transfers
Hosting and email may be processed outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
